Customer Support Agent

1.     Customer Support agent will be responsible to provide technical assistance to the Customer.

2.     Customer Support agent will be responsible to get application installed.

3.     Customer Support agent should be able to rectify and resolve customer problems.

4.     Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
