Key Accounts Manager

Marketing Department, Lahore Apply By May 15, 2021

1.      Initially we will assign 100 accounts to Key Account Manager.

2.      KAM will be responsible to call active users who have installed application but has not uploaded inventory, logos and Cover.

3.      In case customer has usability or technical issues KAM will be responsible to communicate with tech team for rectification and issue resolution.

4.     KAM will be responsible to call these active users after every 3 days to take feedback from the customer.

5.      In case customer does not have a Social Media profile KAM will help customer setup social media profile for the user.

6.     KAM will be responsible to get the post boosted by social media team if the webpage and social media account are ready.

7.     Initially KAM will be responsible to get 2 sales monthly for the account assigned to him.

8.     KAM will also offer customer Social Media Services in case customer does not have proper team for the digital marketing. (Adding Revenue Stream)

9.      In case customer does not have LOGO KAM will offer customer with LOGO & Cover photo services. (Adding Revenue Stream)
