Inbound Customer Support

Customer Services & Support Department, Lahore Apply By Jul 23, 2021

Should be able to answer all incoming calls, handle customer queries regarding Information, Service Requests, and Complaints.

  • Should have the knowledge to give FCR.
  • Responsible for outgoing communication with customers for data collection and data verification purposes.
  • Should have prior inbound calling experience.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • High school degree.
