Business Development Executive - FMCG

We seek an independent individual with experience of sales and distribution in the FMCG industry. Ideal candidate would be tech savvy and have contacts with distributors, wholesalers and retailers in Lahore. Fluency in written & oral communication in Urdu as well as English are important. The role will require extensive travel within city and some travel outside the city. The incumbent will be responsible for pitching and deploying Dukan Distribution Management System to clients in the FMCG industry. This role involves both pre-sales and post-sales activities and requires complete ownership of assigned clients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a sales pipeline of prospects
  • Market and sale company’s Distribution Management System
  • Effective project management to deploy and operationalize Dukan’s platform for clients
  • Maintain close contact with clients to resolve operational problems and get feedback
  • Work with technology team to resolve technical issues

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience working in the FMCG sales and distribution
  • Structured approach towards work, punctuality and attention to detail
  • Ability to steer multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Taking last mile ownership for the assigned projects
