Dukan.Pk is seeking an experienced Manager Human Resource to join our dynamic team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy development. This critical role requires a strong leader with a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record in managing HR processes effectively. While this role does not involve direct team management, you will be expected to work closely with various department heads and ensure smooth HR operations across the organization. The role calls for proficiency in critical HR skills such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Compliance, Compensation and Benefits, Conflict Resolution, Payroll Management, and Recruitment & Onboarding. In addition, it demands someone who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to support the organization’s growth and employee satisfaction.
