We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and will be responsible for managing key HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Prepare and manage payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement while complying with relevant regulations and policies.
- Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates to meet company staffing needs.
- Onboarding: Develop and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a seamless transition and integration into the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR roles focusing on payroll, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
