Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, orientation planning, and follow-ups.
- Help maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
- Assist with HR operations such as attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll support.
- Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Conduct research and assist in creating HR policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications:
- A recent graduate in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
