We are seeking a passionate and motivated HR Intern who has recently completed their graduation in Human Resources. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR functions and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, orientation planning, and follow-ups.
  • Help maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
  • Assist with HR operations such as attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll support.
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Conduct research and assist in creating HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications:

  • A recent graduate in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
