This position requires at least four years of experience in business development and e-commerce initiatives.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Dukan's market share in the e-commerce industry.
  • Engage with retail brands and restaurants to promote the adoption of digital ordering and payment systems, ensuring a seamless transition that enhances their business operations.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities that will contribute to improved customer acquisition and increased sales performance.
  • Utilize tools like Excel or specialized software to monitor and evaluate sales pipelines, making data-driven decisions to refine sales strategies and achievable projections.
  • Foster strong relationships with relevant organizations to create partnerships that provide added value to Dukan's clientele and enrich service offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the unique benefits of Dukans solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and support staff to ensure that digital solutions are delivered accurately and align with customer expectations.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring all aspects are beneficial for both parties while maintaining strong ongoing relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position Dukan as a leader in the e-commerce marketplace, continuously enhancing its competitive edge.
