Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site visits to local retail shops, including kiryanas, electronics, pharmacies, and general stores to onboard them onto the Dukan App.
  • Assist shopkeepers with downloading, installing, and registering on the Dukan App, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
  • Educate shopkeepers on how to utilize the app for receiving payments through QR codes and tracking their sales effectively.
  • Provide clear explanations and training materials in Urdu to facilitate understanding of app features and functionalities.
  • Share your unique referral code with shopkeepers for tracking app installs and ensuring proper verification.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily app installs and report them via Google Form or WhatsApp while adhering to submission deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with local shopkeepers, demonstrating great customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Actively engage with shopkeepers to gather feedback and address any queries or concerns they may have regarding the app.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly targets for app installations, contributing to personal income through verified installs and performance bonuses.
  • Manage your own schedule to efficiently balance visits, training sessions, and follow-ups with shopkeepers across your designated area.
