Dukan.pk is seeking an experienced Field & Customer Support Executive to spearhead the onboarding of retailers onto our Dukan App in different cities. This position requires a professional who understands the local retail market and possesses prior experience in onboarding merchants. The ideal candidate will guide them through the technical setups and activation of digital payments, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform. This role demands excellent communication skills, an ability to troubleshoot issues on-site, and the self-motivation to work independently while driving adoption of our technology.
Responsibilities - Conduct regular field visits to onboard retailers onto the Dukan App, ensuring a hands-on approach to installation and support.
- Educate merchants on effectively utilizing the app and accepting digital payments through QR codes, enhancing their operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues during app installations, providing immediate solutions to minimize disruption.
- Collaborate closely with field agents to streamline activation processes and ensure comprehensive support throughout onboarding.
- Offer ongoing support to merchants, both in-office and in-field, to resolve any queries and enhance their experience with the Dukan App.
- Promote the advantages of digital onboarding and actively encourage merchant adoption to maximize engagement with the app.
- Monitor and report on the progress of onboarding initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and adapting strategies as necessary.
- Utilize exceptional communication and persuasion skills to build relationships with shopkeepers and merchants, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Travel locally as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to work on-ground with minimal supervision.
