Junior UI / UX Designer

Dukan is seeking a Junior UI / UX Designer with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate is proficient in Figma and has a strong foundation in user interface and user experience design principles. This role involves creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital products that meet the needs of our customers. The designer will work closely with other team members, including product managers and developers, to transform concepts into engaging, effective designs. Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for enhancing user satisfaction are essential in this position. As a Junior UI / UX Designer at Dukan, you will focus on tasks such as creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with user needs and business goals. You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs continuously. Collaboration and communication are key, as you will support senior designers and cross-functional teams while developing your skills and gaining practical experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Participate in user research activities to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, helping to inform design decisions.
• Conduct usability testing using various tools to evaluate design effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.
• Translate business requirements and user feedback into practical and appealing design solutions.
• Maintain and update design documentation, style guides, and component libraries to ensure a cohesive user experience.
• Stay current with industry trends, design best practices, and new technologies to continually enhance design skills and output quality.
• Assist in creating visual assets and graphics that support marketing and product development efforts.
• Incorporate feedback from usability testing and stakeholders to refine designs and improve usability.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and design reviews, offering creative input and solutions.
